Scott Frederick

Hometown: My family moved from Long Island to Germantown, Maryland when I was four. Katherine and I lived in Germantown briefly when we first married, and then moved to Olney in 1996.

My Story: I was baptized and had my First Communion as a Catholic. I began attending Lutheran church with my mother when I was a little older and was confirmed as a Lutheran.  I graduated from Seneca Valley High School in '87 and the University of Maryland in '91 with a History degree.  This, of course, led me to a career in finance.  I am now a commercial banker and have been working for Citibank the last ten years.  My walk with Christ really became a priority in my life starting in February of 2005.

Ministry Area: Chairman, Finance Committee

Family: I have been married to my awesome wife Katherine for 16 years.  We have three great kids: Ashtyn 12, Carson 8, and Regan 4.

Passion: Being a husband and a Dad, growing in my relationship with God, and showing people how to include God in their financial lives.

Favorite Pastime Activities: Exercising, futures trading, Cub Scouts, Little League baseball

Little-Known Fact: I played saxophone in my High School jazz band.
