Hometown: Silver Spring, Maryland

My Story: My daughter's love for singing brought me to Oakdale when I heard about the Cherub Choir through a friend when she was 4 years old. Through God's persistence, I slowly made my commitment to Him and to Oakdale over a six-year period. He has put me on a interesting journey since then—leading Disciple Bible study, writing and leading prayer workshops, leading intercessory prayer for House of Hope Maryland, and now as the Pastor of Outreach.

Family: Husband John married 18 years; two children: Tara, 17, and Daniel, 14  

 

Passion: Prayer

 

Favorite Pastime Activities: Cooking, entertaining at our beach house, and making jewelry.  

 

Little-Known Fact: I enjoyed acting in college and was an extra in a movie
