Join us each Sunday as our children experience eMpower and become forever friends with Jesus! eMpower is an opportunity for our children to worship, to learn the message of Jesus’ love for them and to learn how to apply these teachings to their everyday lives.
We offer eMpower Sunday School for age 2 thru 5th grade during the 9:00 a.m. service. All 1st through 5th graders will gather upstairs in The Oasis, located in Emory Hall while the 2 year olds through Kindergarten gather in their classrooms downstairs.
Nursery for infants is available during both the 9:00 a.m. and 10:30 a.m. service times in Room 108 in Emory Hall.
It is required that parents pick up their children from their classrooms each week, as this is in accordance with our Safe Sanctuaries Policy.
This year our children are taking a journey through Egypt with Moses, then Bethlehem for the birth of Christ, onto Jerusalem for the adventure of Jesus' life, and we will conclude with Paul and his expedition to Rome. During each venture this year, the children will be challenged with Bible verses, lessons that they can relate to their everyday lives, as well as a mission project. Right now we are collecting funds for the P.E.P trip to Cumberland, MD.
