Nursery Ministry
Oakdale Emory’s nursery ministry (for infants to age 2) allows parents an opportunity for spiritual growth, while knowing their children are receiving quality care and age-appropriate lessons about the love of Jesus. The nursery is an exciting ministry with “new additions” added often. Our nursery is located on the lower level of Emory Hall and is available at both the 9:00 and 10:30 worship times.
We have one Nursery Attendant who is here each Sunday for both services. Other nursery caregivers serve one time per month. There is no previous experience required—just a love for the children. The benefits of being part of the nursery ministry include: newborn snuggles, toddler hugs and kisses, and a knowledge that their parents are learning about abundant life in Jesus—some for the very first time.
